Tommy Beamon was one of the nicest guys I ever met. He spent time with Jim and Edna Beach as their nephew from Jim's family and I did the same as nephew from Edna's family. He was about six years older than me but always treated me great. He served his country honorably in Vietnam when it was unpopular to do so. It was an honor to know him. I offer blessings and peace to his family.

—Pastor Ted Bost, Jr.

You were definitely one of the finest people I ever knew. Love and hugs go out to you! Go rest high on that mountain in the sky! I know you and Chub are toasting with a Miller Light and Schlitz and loving all the heavenly cats!

I believe I was in first or second grade at Morganton primary with Tommy Beamon for his name is familiar and I probably have a class photo from those days. Very sad to hear of his passing, but appreciate the information about his accomplishments.
